Overall the Bond franchise has grossed $16,315,134,284 when adjusted for inflation, with Skyfall scoring the highest gross ($1,218,849,723) and profit ($910,526,981).
A total of 405 villains have been killed, with Pierce Brosnan the deadliest Bond by far at 135 killed over 4 appearances (second highest being Roger Moore's 90 killed). The least deadly Bond was George Lazenby's singular appearance as Bond in On Her Majesty's Secret Service (5 kills) followed by Timothy Dalton's 2 appearances, sharing a total of 23 kills. (After Lazenby's one outing as Bond, Connery was pulled back in for Diamonds Are Forever). Roger Moore's The Man With The Golden Gun was the most peaceful Bond outing, with only one kill.

At this point, I know what you're thinking--is Daniel Craig's excellent Bond portrayal first in anything other than the high gross of Skyfall? Yes.
At 85 units of alcohol consumed over four films, Craig's Bond has drunk both the highest total number of units of alcohol and the highest average (more than 21 units per film). His 26 drinks in Casino Royale and 25 in Spectre are also the top two, incidentally.
You can see so many more numbers and anecdotes on the Bond In Numbers site, but below is a breakdown of the Film Grosses, ordered by Bond.
The upcoming James Bond film, the 25th in the official 007 canon, does not have a title, director or even a lead actor, but it does have a release date: November 8th, 2019.
Bond producers announced Monday that the follow-up to 2015âs Spectre would arrive in approximately 28 months, but most other details â including whether Daniel Craig will portray the British superspy for the fifth time â havenât been revealed.
Whatâs known is that Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, the screenwriting duo behind the last six 007 films â The World Is Not Enough, Die Another Day, Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall and Spectre â will return for the latest installment.

Although Craig said in the aftermath of Spectre that he ârather break this glass and slash my wristsâ than play Bond again, itâs been strongly hinted in recent months that the actor will once again portray 007 in the new film; Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba, Jamie Bell and Tom Hardy were among the actors rumored for the Bond role if Craig did step down.
Earlier this month, the British press reported that Craigâs role in Bond 25 was âsecured,â with producers also keen on reuniting with Oscar-winning âSkyfallâ singer Adele for the theme music. The New York Times, citing two sources close to the production team, reported that Craigâs return to the 007 is a âdone deal.â
While Craig is favored to return, itâs all but a certainty that director Sam Mendes, who helmed Skyfall and Spectre, wonât return to the franchise.
âIâm a storyteller. And at the end of the day, I want to make stories with new characters,â Mendes said in May 2016. âIt was an incredible adventure, I loved every second of it,â Mendes told. But I think itâs time for somebody else.â
